No "R" Birds Sanctuary provides a safe permanent  home for parrots that have been neglected, abused or that have  behavioral or medical issues. A few of our flock  simply needed a home.

  Did you know?  *Parrots are the third most popular  pet in the US behind cats and dogs.
  There are less than 107 parrot welfare  organizations in the US that are not affiliated with  breeders or breeding for profit. When donating to  animal welfare. please consider the birds and the few organizations  that care for them.

 Our wonderful volunteer Lynn Jenkins. For months Lynn has helped with our birds. Never has she arrived empty handed. Lynn always brings treats, toys  or something special for the flock.She has made generous monetary donations to cover medicals, buy food & contributions to our fund to build a flight. We are so grateful for all the help Lynn provides at both events & at the sanctuary. She does everything and anything for our birds!

1500 punds of paper! Seriously fantastic donation! For 6 years now Lisa & Paul of R-pak have saved us countless hours of clean-up time. Hours we can spend with the birds. Lining the tray bottoms with this donated paper makes for quick clean-up and it is bird safe. A pricelss gift.
