Companion
birds are welcome at meetings under the following conditions: You must be a
member in good standing and current on your dues. The location does not
prohibit birds/animals. Bird will be allowed only after verification &
pre-approval of an annual wellness check-up for said bird. An avian wellness
check-up will consist of a physical exam, fecal gram stain & comprehensive
blood panel within the last 12 months. (Must be clear). Bird shows no current signs
of illness or disease. Bird is fully weaned.
The bird must be maintained in a humane fashion and not present a threat to, or harm other members, guests, other birds or property.
It is the responsibility of the member to clean up after their companions and themselves.
Members and guests will be respectful of other members, guests, other birds and property.
No smoking is allowed.
By signing this document you agree to the terms & conditions of this club. 1st violation you will be required to leave. A second violation will result in membership termination. Membership dues will be forfeited.
